JOIN ME PEOPLES! I have decided to turn September into fat buster month to prepare for the 22nd, yes i know thats not quite a whole month but thats when ill have FFXIV and I plan to play quite a bit so I need to get in shape so I wont be a balloon after a month or 2 of playing.
Today was 50 situps, the last 20 are with your hands on the back of your head, elbows pointed outward and when you do your situp twist so as to put your right elbow on the outside of your left knee, same for the other side, left elbow outside right knee. Then 10 pushups cause im a puss and have no arm strength. Find sumtin heavy to lift 25 more times to make up for lack of pushups…..DO IT.
